Terms of sale
Last updated: 2026-09-01
These terms govern the sale of products through this website by — to consumers. They are written under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Our full identification is in the legal notice.
How ordering works
This is the part that differs from most shops, so read it first: there is no online payment here. When you complete the checkout form we create your order and reserve the stock, and you are shown a WhatsApp button that sends us the order details. We then confirm availability, the total and how to pay.
The contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order, not when you submit the form. If we cannot fulfil it — an item sold out between your order and our confirmation, or an address we cannot ship to — we will tell you and nothing further happens. If you never send the message, the order simply stays unconfirmed and we release the stock.
Prices and taxes
All prices shown on this site include VAT at the applicable Spanish rate. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and added to the total before you confirm.
Currently shipping costs €0 and is free on orders over €50. For deliveries outside mainland Spain, and especially outside the European Union, different taxes, customs duties or import charges may apply and are payable by you.
We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate. If an obvious pricing error appears, we will let you know before confirming rather than hold you to it.
Shipping and delivery
We ship from Barcelona. We confirm the carrier and the expected delivery time with you when we confirm the order. Risk of loss passes to you when you, or someone you designate, receives the parcel.
If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you reasonably can and keep the packaging: it helps us claim from the carrier.
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you designate) physically receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise it, tell us before the 14 days are up: email — with a clear statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
We will refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed — though we may wait until we have the goods back, or proof that you sent them. The refund goes back the same way you paid, at no cost to you. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund the standard cost.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling them beyond what is needed to check their nature and characteristics — trying a garment on is fine; wearing it out is not.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds once unsealed.
Model withdrawal form
To —, —:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods [describe them]. Ordered on / received on [date]. Name of consumer. Address of consumer. Date.
Legal guarantee
Our products carry the legal guarantee of conformity: three years from delivery, under Spanish law. If an item is not as described or develops a fault that is not down to normal wear, you can ask for it to be repaired or replaced and, where that is not possible or proportionate, for a price reduction or a refund. Write to us with a photo and we will sort it out.
This guarantee is separate from, and additional to, the 14-day right of withdrawal above.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to — and we will answer. If we cannot agree, you may take the matter to the consumer arbitration system (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) of your autonomous community, or to the ordinary courts. As a consumer, you may sue in the courts of your own place of residence.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies to these terms. Nothing here limits the rights Spanish or EU consumer law gives you.
